- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds or a lined tray.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Dip frozen bars into melted chocolate and freeze again for 10 minutes.
