- 2 boneless chicken , cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in lemon juice and cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
- Substitute bowtie pasta with any short pasta if preferred.
- Fresh lemon juice works best for bright flavor.
