Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken , cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
  3. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
  • Substitute bowtie pasta with any short pasta if preferred.
  • Fresh lemon juice works best for bright flavor.
