Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  5. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk, starting and ending with flour.
  6. Fold in chopped cranberries.
  7. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool before serving.
