Delicious mini cheesecake cups with a cranberry orange twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cranberry orange relish
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press mixture into muffin tin cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in sour cream and orange zest.
- Spoon filling over crusts.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use paper liners for easy removal.
- Can be made 1 day ahead.
- Top with extra cranberry relish if desired.
