Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place feta and tomatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta melts.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  5. Combine baked feta mixture with cooked pasta. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
