- 12 oz bow tie pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Toss gently to coat everything with the dressing.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
Notes
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
- Add grilled chicken or bacon for extra protein.
