Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and Gorgonzola cheeses. Stir until melted.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in the cheese sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately.
