Description
A creamy pasta salad with the spicy kick of jalapeños, inspired by jalapeño poppers.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and milk until smooth.
- Add jalapeños, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add cooled pasta and toss until evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño quantity to your preferred spice level.
- For extra crunch, add diced bell peppers or celery.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
