Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and milk until smooth.
  3. Add jalapeños, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Add cooled pasta and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
