- 200g feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 10 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Add feta cheese to the center of the dish and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Make 4 small wells in the feta and crack eggs into them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until eggs reach desired doneness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
