- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Blend roasted red peppers until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- Add red pepper puree and cream to the pan.
- Stir in parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cooked tortellini in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
