Ingredients

  • 2 turkey thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pat turkey thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub olive oil evenly over the thighs.
  3. Mix Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Coat the turkey thighs evenly with the spice mix.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place turkey thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes.
  8. Flip thighs and cook for another 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
