Ingredients

- 2 turkey thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat turkey thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil evenly over the thighs.
- Mix Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat the turkey thighs evenly with the spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place turkey thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Flip thighs and cook for another 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
