Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly brush the potato balls with olive oil.
  6. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
