- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Trim the top and stem of each artichoke, then cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove the fuzzy choke with a spoon.
- Toss the artichoke halves with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the artichokes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
