Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large artichokes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Trim the top and stem of each artichoke, then cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the fuzzy choke with a spoon.
  3. Toss the artichoke halves with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the artichokes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
