Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss broccoli slaw with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned broccoli slaw in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
