- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the wings evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 12 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
