- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin (if using).
- Place seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut florets to similar sizes for even cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure crispiness.
