A quick and easy recipe for crispy cauliflower rice made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, riced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix riced cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread cauliflower evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat dry the riced cauliflower before mixing.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
