Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip the strips, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
