Description
Crispy air fryer chicken is a quick and healthy alternative to fried chicken. It’s juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- If using frozen chicken, thaw completely before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
