Description

Crispy air fryer chicken is a quick and healthy alternative to fried chicken. It’s juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
  • If using frozen chicken, thaw completely before cooking.
