Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
