- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub thighs with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the spice mix.
- Place thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Flip thighs and cook for another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
