Description

Crispy air fryer deviled eggs with a creamy filling and a crunchy texture.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in the air fryer basket and cook at 250°F for 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel.
  3. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Brush filled eggs with melted butter and coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 3-4 minutes until crispy.

Notes

  • Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
