Description

Crispy air fryer egg rolls with a savory filling, cooked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground pork or chicken
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Water (for sealing wrappers)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, pork or chicken, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly and seal with water.
  4. Brush egg rolls lightly with vegetable oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange egg rolls in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
