Description

A quick and easy recipe for crispy fish and chips made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry the chips for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Dip fish fillets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place fish in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve hot with tartar sauce or ketchup.
