A quick and easy recipe for crispy fish and chips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry the chips for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip fish fillets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place fish in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with tartar sauce or ketchup.

- Use fresh fish for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on fish thickness.
- For extra crispiness, spray fish with oil before cooking.
