Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut fish into strips.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Whisk egg and water in another bowl.
  5. Dip fish strips in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
  6. Place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet.
  9. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
