Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Shape the mixture into small patties or spread it evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.
