Description
Crispy parmesan chicken fingers made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat egg in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
