Description

Crispy parmesan chicken fingers made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat egg in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
  • Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
