Description

Crispy air fryer pickle chips with a tangy dill flavor. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices, patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
  4. Place pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Pat pickles dry to help coating stick better.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
  • For extra crispiness, spray breaded pickles lightly with oil.
