- 1 cup dill pickle slices, patted dry
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
- Place pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Pat pickles dry to help coating stick better.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
- For extra crispiness, spray breaded pickles lightly with oil.
