Ingredients

- 1 lb pork belly, skin-on
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels.
- Score the skin with a sharp knife.
- Rub salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika all over the pork belly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
- Cook for 25 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
