Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a shallow bowl.
  3. Dredge each ravioli in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
