- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Cooking spray
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Use frozen ravioli without thawing for best texture.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
