Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salad mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
