- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray tortillas with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 3 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
- Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
Notes
- Use flour tortillas for a softer texture.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
