Ingredients

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray tortillas with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 3 minutes until slightly crispy.
  6. Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  7. Return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
  8. Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
