- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, cheese, taco seasoning, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon 2 tbsp of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Brush taquitos lightly with olive oil.
- Place taquitos in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve with salsa for dipping.
Notes
- Use flour tortillas if preferred.
- Customize filling with beans or beef.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
