Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the coated tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.
