Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For sauced wings, toss in sauce after cooking.
