Instructions

  3. Coat each fillet in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook cod for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove cod and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  8. Add lemon juice and zest, stir to combine.
  9. Return cod to the skillet, spoon sauce over the fillets.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
