Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust the cayenne pepper to control the heat level.
- Serve with a side of ranch or spicy mayo for dipping.
