Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, bake longer but watch to prevent burning.
