Instructions

- Cut acorn squash into thin slices, removing seeds.
- Toss squash slices with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
