Instructions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable.

- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form a taco shape.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tacos for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
