Ingredients

- 4 rice paper sheets
- 200g fresh tuna, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable.
- Place the softened rice paper on a flat surface.
- Layer tuna slices, cucumber, carrot, mint, and cilantro in the center.
- Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Mix soy sauce and lime juice for dipping.
- Serve hot with optional chili flakes.

- Keep rice paper damp to avoid cracking.
- Adjust spice level to taste.
