  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable.
  2. Place the softened rice paper on a flat surface.
  3. Layer tuna slices, cucumber, carrot, mint, and cilantro in the center.
  4. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
  5. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
  7. Mix soy sauce and lime juice for dipping.
  8. Serve hot with optional chili flakes.
