Description

Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets, cut into nuggets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat fish nuggets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
  3. Roll the nuggets in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
