- 500g white fish fillets, cut into nuggets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat fish nuggets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Roll the nuggets in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh fish for best results.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less spice.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
