Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into cubes or slices.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Coat tofu pieces evenly with the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- For extra crispiness, spray tofu lightly with oil before air frying.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
