Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes or slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Coat tofu pieces evenly with the mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
