Ingredients

- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Place the pork chops in the crockpot.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
