Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
