Description
A simple and quick dairy-free dessert made in the air fryer with fresh berries and gelatin.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (7g)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat water until warm, then dissolve gelatin in it.
- Blend berries until smooth, then mix with gelatin mixture.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired, along with lemon juice.
- Pour into small molds or ramekins.
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Place molds in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- For firmer texture, add an extra 1/2 tsp gelatin.
