Crispy and tender air fryer scalloped potatoes with a golden crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Layer potato slices in the air fryer basket, brushing each layer with melted butter.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and air fry for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
