Crispy and tender air fryer scalloped potatoes with a golden crust.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Layer potato slices in the air fryer basket, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Air fry for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and air fry for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
