Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Divide romaine lettuce between two bowls.
- Top with cooked ground beef, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise if desired.
- Serve immediately.
