Description
A simple and delicious trifle made with fresh berries, cake, and cream, prepared quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup cubed pound cake or sponge cake
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup berry jam
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Layer the cake cubes at the bottom of an air fryer-safe dish.
- Spread a thin layer of berry jam over the cake.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the cream is slightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust sweetness by adding sugar to the berries if needed.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
