Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment paper.
- Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check the biscuits halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
