- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ham with cooked sausage or bacon.
- Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
